Evidently it was confirmed in a live stream there will be no Rival Schools or Power Stone characters.
Wasn't expecting them but it would have been cool.

I don't know, both would be pretty cool to see. I liked Batsu in TvC and there were plenty of other usable characters from RS.
They ignore Red Earth too though, so yeah.
And they treat Darkstalkers like crap.
My coworkers belief that Capcom is an abusive spouse makes sense.
