While Red Arremer would be amazing, I need me some Haggar. I'm down with Wesker and Arthur of course, but Haggar getting in would be the Capcom power trio for me.

Now that Haggar cooldown has commenced, I'm actually down with Phoenix. Wouldn't really use her much but I could see her getting thrown onto a team at random here and there.
Main team is now officially Wesker, Arthur and Haggar. Marvel mainteam shall be Thor, Super Skrull and Spider Man.
