It's a shounen manga about gambling. It's a lot more awesome than it sounds. Basically the main character uses a number of psychological observations and hustling tricks in order to beat ridiculously stacked odds at gambling matches in middle school.
He also chops off his finger with a chainsaw in order to win some Black Jack. Kid don't mess around.
