I played like twenty minutes of Demon's Souls tonight which was long enough to go into the swamp, poke some jellyfish things, and then get stuck and beaten to death by a big club dude who is much harder to deal with when I can't move freely.
And then my controller started acting up, so I hope that problem doesn't persist.

I just dealt with the poison and slowly made my way through it. I didn't get everything, but it wasn't necessary, especially that late in the game.

Basically what Youef said. At a certain point I was ready to beat the game and the extra loot wasn't worth the headache or time spent on that particular area. Plus I was in a bit of a rush to get to stage 5-3 since I had heard it was cool.
It just dawned on me that soon you'll beat this and be ready for Dark and that we can play Dark together.

That is true. If you had to predict some major character deaths for Winds of Winter, who would you pick and why (spoilers obviously)?
I think the Boltons or the Freys one are going to get what's coming to them in this book. The Freys more likely, but the Bolton's stand a good chance too once the walkers invade.
For some reason I don't see Aegon surviving. Just a feeling. Something tragic will probably happen there.
For the same reason, Varys has probably run out of luck.
But I don't know really. I don't love speculating like some fans. I know that no one is safe, and that's enough for me. |
