AAA Combo: Straight left jab, right knee, sweeping kick. Basic combo with average damage and knockback.

Air A: High Kick . Average attack that does fair knockback.
Side Air: Hard Knuckle. Punches with a enlarged fist. Decent damage and knockback.
Up Air: Tengu Cutter. Upwards slash with a blade of air. Low knockback but good damage.
Down Air: Downwards kick. Can act as a Meteor Smash.

Side Tilt: Slash Claw. A sideways chop that leaves a cutting trail behind it. Fair damage and average knockback.
Up Tilt: Mega Upper. An uppercut with a blue energy trail. Average knockback, decent damage. Lifts Mega Man into the air slightly; can assist recovery.
Down Tilt: Sliding kick. Slow attack that slides under most projectiles.

Side Smash: Soccer Kick. A swinging kick as if hitting a soccer ball. High damage and decent knockback.
Up Smash: Punch Blast. An upwards punch followed by a short range energy blast. The punch does weak damage and no knockback, but holds the opponent in place for the blast, which does decent damage and excellent knockback.
Down Smash: Ground Blast. Energy blast aimed at ground, causing small explosion. Good damage and knockback.

Grab: Grabs the opponent by their collar with his left hand.
Grab Attack: Repeated punches to the stomach.
Throw: Super Arm. Overhead throw that does good distance.
Back Throw: Places them behind him, then kicks them away. Does fair knockback.
Up Throw: Knees them up, then performs a handstand kick that does good knockback.
Down Throw: Throws them down, then kicks them. Does poor knockback.

B Specials:
Mega Man has a unique feature; he has six different sets of specials, each signified by a symbol by his percentage metre. His sets of specials as Normal (no symbol), Fire (red fireball), Aqua (blue droplet), Thunder (yellow lightning bolt), Nature (green leaf), Metal (grey gear) and Space (black star). These can be rotated through in that order by taunting.

Normal Specials:
B: Mega Buster. Mega Man fires a blast of energy from his arm cannon. This move can be charged between Weak (a small yellow blast), Medium (a larger, green blast) and Strong (a large blue blast). Unlike other chargable moves, Mega Man can move while charging. Weak blasts are fast but weak with little knockback, but can be fired rapidly like Fox's blaster. Medium shots can do damage and knockback approximately equal to a basic punch, but have an advantage of range. Strong shots are fast, hard to avoid and do high damage and knockback, but have larger recovery time after firing and leave Mega Man vulnerable.
B>: Mega Ball. Mega Man drops a pink and purple ball at his feet. Any of Mega Man's attacks that can hit it will send it careening in the direction it was hit, bouncing off any players or objects hit hits. Similar to the Soccer Ball item, apart from appearance and it only reacts to Mega Man's attacks.
B^: Jet Adaptor. Mega Man turns into the red Jet Mega Man, allowing him flight for a brief period of time. The form acts slightly similar to ROB's Robo Burner, however the flight only last around 2/3 of the time. Pressing A or B in this form will cause Mega Man to shoot shots similar to his Mega Buster's Weak shots; this is the only way he can cause damge using this move. Once the flights over, Jet Mega Man will fall to the ground and turn back; he doesn't change back until he touches the ground, and can continue shooting as he falls.
Bv: Charge Kick. Mega Man performs a sliding kick with his leg surrounded in energy. This attack is very similar to Captain Falcon's Falcon Kick, without flames. Unlike the Falcon Kick, this attack continues straight when used in the air as opposed to turning diagonally.

Fire Specials:
B: Magma Bazooka. Mega Man fires three fireballs; one straight ahead, one diagonally up and one diagonally down. Holding the button down can increase the size and power of the fireballs from around the size of Mario's Fireballs to the size of Sonic's Spin Dash. Does fire damage; on average, also does decent damage and knockback.
B>: Wave Burner. Mega Man holds out his cannon and releases a stream of flames as a flamethrower, reaching around two and a half body widthes forward. Holding the button can cause a continuous stream of flames and moving the control stick up or down can affect the angle of them flames. Does fire damage.
B^: Flame Sword. Mega Man leaps into the air, rolling forward while holding a large sword out made of fire. This attack has alright recovery and knockback, as well as high damage. Does fire damage.
Bv: Flame Blast. Mega Man fires a small short-range fireball diagonally downwards. Upon contact with the ground, object or opponent, it bursts into a pillar of flame as tall as Ganondorf; otherwise, it just fizzles out. The fireball does high knockback but little damage. The pillar does poor knockback, but holds the opponent in place to rack up damage like the Ness's PK Fire. Does fire damage.

Aqua Specials:
B: Shotgun Ice. Mega Man fires a large ice crystal straight forward, which breaks into six shards upon hitting an obstacle and firing in a spread. The large crystal is around as fast as one of Mega Man's Medium Buster shots, but the six smaller shots are of a comparable speed to Fox's blaster. Both attacks do next to no knockback, but the larger shot does decent damage and has a chance of freezing the opponent.
B>: Water Balloon. Mega Man lobs an orb of water forward in an arc. This attack's trajectory can be altered slightly, like Snake's grenades, and has impressive range. If struck, the opponent will take damage but little knockback.
B^: Blizzard Attack. Mega Man leaps upwards, snowflake-like crystals spinning around him. This attack can freeze the opponent, and resembles an icy version of the Falcon Dive. Unlike Captain Falcon however, Mega Man doesn't rebound off the opponent.
Bv: Water Wave. Mega Man fires a ground-hugging wave of water along the ground. This attack is slow and does no damage, but if it lands it will stun the opponent and push them back. Cannot be used in the air.

Thunder Specials:
B: Thunder Strike. Mega Man fires a blue ball of electricity in a straight bath forward. This can electrocute the opponent, doing decent damage and knockback.
B>: Thunder Wool. Mega Man releases a small cloud that floats into the air and begins firing lightning bolts downward. The cloud will release a lightning bolt, then wait a second before firing another. The cloud fires three bolts before dissapating. These lightning bolts do high knockback and damage, but once created a cloud cannot be moved, and Mega Man can only have two on the field at one time.
B^: Thunder Claw. Mega Man fires a bluish beam of electricity diagonally upwards. This technique does decent damage but little knockback, while electrocuting the opponent. If the beam touches the edge of the stage, it can be used for Tether Recovery.
Bv: Lightning Bolt. Mega Man calls down two Lightning Bolts from the sky on either side of him. These bolts act as weaker versions of Pikachu's Thunder, unable to do as much damage as the original, but unlike Thunder this can pass through platforms. Additionally, these strike a short distance away on either side, giving more range at the cost of knockback. Naturally, this does electrical damage.

Nature Specials:
B: Tornado Hold. Mega Man fires a small fan that releases a powerful tornado. When used on the ground, Mega Man throws the fan a bit in front of him. When used in the air, he drops it directly beneath them. A second after landing, the fan immediately activates and forms a miniature tornado which does impressive vertical knockback but no damage.
B>: Hornet Chaser. Mega Man fires a bee in a straight line forward. Upon being released, the bee will travel forwards quickly until it strikes something if left alone. However, the control can be used to guide the bee like PK Thunder, allowing it to chase opponents. The bee does little damage and knockback, but can stun the opponent as well as bring items over to Mega Man.
B^: Tornado Blow. Mega Man summons a tornado around himself to carry up. This technique has excellent vertical recovery but little horizontal, but projectiles and would-be attackers  are  reflected away while the tornado is in effect. Little damage, good knockback.
Bv: Leaf Shield. Mega Man summons a spinning barrier of leaves around him. These leaves block projectiles, but do nothing against physical attacks. If Mega Man presses the B button with the shield, he will fire it forward as a projectile. The shield moves slowly, and does little damage and knockback but it allows the use of his other moves.

Metal Specials:
B: Metal Blade. Mega Man will produce a silver buzzaw-like blade for half a second. Pressing any of the eight directions (up, down, left, right, up-left, up-right, down-left, down-right) during this time and Mega Man will throw the blade in that direction. The attack is fast and does decent damage, but little knockback.
B>: Rolling Cutter. Mega Man fires a pair of silver Pac-Man-shaped scissors that go in a curve and boomerang back. The scissors will always return to Mega Man regardless of where he goes. This attack does weak damage and no knockback, but holds the opponent in place for half a second when struck, leaving them open to more attacks.
B^: Top Spin. Mega Man leaps upwards while spinning, similar to Wario's Corkscrew move. Mega Man can be moved to the left and right slightly while spinning, doing damage to anyone who he makes contact with. This move is unreliable as an attack due to the difficulty of landing a hit, but does good damage and knockback.
Bv: Homing Sniper. Mega Man assumes a certain stance so long as Bv is held; anyone who gets within a circular distance around half the size of Luigi's Negative Space is marked with a crosshair, and upon releasing the buttons Mega Man fires homing missiles at them. Mega Man can lock on to all three opponents at once, but once they're out of distance the lock on is cancelled. The missiles are difficult to dodge, do high damage and decent knockback.

Space Specials:
B: Black Hole Bomb. Mega Man fires a short-range blast of dark energy that explodes into a miniature black hole. This attack can absorb projectile attacks and if hitting an opponent will hold them in place to rack up damage before dropping them where they are. Only one black hole can be on the field at any one time; it will stay where it is for three seconds or until the attack is used again. The black hole has a mild vacuum effect and does dark damage.
B>: Noise Crush. Mega Man fires a purple wave of sound at the opponent. This wave is slow and does little damage, but excellent knockback. The wave bounces off of walls and obstacles but passes through enemies. If Mega Man is hit by a reflected wave, he glows purple and can fire a second, stronger Noise Crush attack. This charge is lost if Mega Man uses another move or taunt first, however.
B^: Gravity Hold. Mega Man lowers gravity around himself, allowing him to float up briefly. This attack resembles Ness and Lucas's second jump, but unlike their's this can be used offensively. If an opponent should touch Mega Man while he is floating, they will be sent flying straight down as if hit with a Meteor Smash, even though their percentage is unaffected.
Bv: Astro Crash. Mega Man points and summons a pink meteor to strike the area in front of him. This attack has high power and knockback, but only strikes the area directly in front of him.

Final Smash: Hyper Mega Man. Mega Man calls Rush, Beat and Eddie and merges with the three of them, becoming a large Mazinger Z-esque robot. In this form, Mega Man becomes extremely slow and difficult to move. However, he can fire a large variety of projectile attacks to make up for this. Pressing A will cause Mega Man to perform a power punch, B will cause him to fire beams from his Mega Buster, X causes him to fire homing missiles from his shoulders and Y causes him to perform a sliding kick. The form lasts for approximately the same length of time as Yoshi's Final Smash, and Mega Man takes a quarter of the damage he usually takes as long as he's in this form.

Taunt 1: Summons Rush, who pants happily, digs in the dirt a bit, then leaves.
Taunt 2: Takes off his helmet, shakes his hair a bit, then puts it back on.
Taunt 3: Summons Beat, who flies around sprinkling confetti.

Entrance: Teleports in a blue beam.
Victory Scene 1: Mega Man fires his buster left, then right, then a charged shot upwards.
Victory Scene 2: Mega Man kneels down on won knee, scratching Rush behind the ears.
Victory Scene 3: Mega Man slides in, jumps in the air while pumping his fist, then beams away.
Loss Scene: Stands back, clapping with a friendly smile.
