Saw this tonight. It was phenomenal. My pick to win best picture. Firth and Rush should both win awards for their performances. Firth makes you squirm and yet there are some damn funny parts too.
I love the Brits.

I saw this a couple of weeks ago, and I'm very glad I did. The whole film is great, but Firth and Rush are particularly brilliant. It deserves any awards it gets, and I really hope it does well.

Well, The King's Speech won seven out of its fourteen BAFTA nominations.
Best Original Music Best Supporting Actress Outstanding British Film Best Supporting Actor Best Original Screenplay Best Leading Actor Best Film
The only major one it missed out on was Best Director, which went to David Fincher for The Social Network.
I can't help feeling it won't do so well at the Oscars, though...
