yeah, but it's like... i guess i'm not as much of a weeb as i used to be, but even by my standards, he's deeeeep. like, i kinda retreated from that stuff (like not entirely, i still frequent anime club and even play god damn d&d with them lol), but he tripled down on it. it's kinda the reason we don't talk all that often anymore, because i don't really have much to contribute to any conversation you could possibly have with him
