idk why i'm making this lol

I was on break this week so I watched like four movies.

3:10 to Yuma:
This movie was awesome when I watched it, but in retrospect it isn't "10/10 perfect phenomenal" material. Still really good. The last 30 minutes in particular is what sets it apart. I liked it a lot. Christian Bale is awesome despite his supposed "temper."

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly:
**** amazing. That final duel was one of the best things I've seen in any movie. I don't really know what else to say other than praise. Clint Eastwood is a true hero.

Fight Club:
I feel distanced from Chuck Palahniuk's novels so I'm always afraid to read them. I read a little of Choke and it was alright. But this movie was fantastic and I want to read the book. I've heard they're very different anyways.

Oldboy:
Right now I have no idea what to think about this movie. Objectively, it's great. But personally I just don't know. It's really disturbing though. I don't hate it, and I don't love it, but I'm not even neutral about it. I need some time to form an opinion about it.

I feel bad for putting off Inception. I was supposed to watch it last night but opted for Fight Club, and then today but opted For Oldboy. I'll watch it tomorrow night. After Inception, probably Dial M for Murder because it's on Netflix Instant.

Floyd is the devil.
I SERIOUSLY DREAMT OF FLOYD BEING A KILLER CYBORG WHO RAN 10 TIMES FASTER THAN ANY NORMAL HUMAN, AND THEN KILLED MM, TURNED FEMALE, WENT AFTER ME, AND I DROPPED FROM THE SKYSCRAPER! IT HURTED, BUT I AWAKE CALMLY, THINKING I WOULDN'T SEE YOU AGAIN.

If you haven't seen "Rear Window", you should try to see it.

Saw two movies with a bunch of friends today.

The King's Speech:
Good movie. I can see why it won Best Picture, but personally I don't think it was as good the other movies that I saw that were nominated. I would say Colin Firth certainly gets Best Actor, but I don't think so with the other categories. That's just me though. It was a great movie.

The Adjustment Bureau:
Not too bad. I didn't expect too much of it. The romance was really cheesy though. I think if it was more angels and less cheesy romance, then it'd be better. It was a little silly sometimes and I couldn't take it seriously at some points, but I enjoyed it.

Oh yeah.

Moulin Rouge:
Great movie. Has a really great soundtrack. The awkwardness of the duke reminded me of a certain kid at my school so when I watched it I could only imagine him in that character's place.
