BP, Y U NO HAVE MY LITTLE PONY TOPIC?
Because seriously, this show is....AWESOME!
I know what you guys are probably thinking.
"My Little Pony? Are you serious ZF? That stuff is for girls! It's probably stupid and girly and stuff!"
But, here's the thing. It's not.
THIS SHOW IS AMAZING!
It's surprisingly incredibly well written, with interesting characters, interesting plots, and beautiful animation.
So my challenge to all of you guys is this. Give it a try. Watch the first couple of episodes. Episodes 1 and 2 are a two-parter that introduces you to the main ponies, and while they're good, I do think you should also watch one of the later episodes as well, because after the more adventure driven first two episodes, the later ones shift to more of a slice of life style pacing. So you'll get a better idea of the tone of the series in general from the later episodes.
So come on guys. Give it a try. Because I'd like to be able to talk about ponies with someone other than my girlfriend.

I'd make jokes about Bronies, but it seriously just flies outside of my radar. As in, my failure to watch it relates less to it's quality or lack thereof and more to the fact that I really just can't be bothered to care.

Well, it's 2 AM for me right now, I figured I'd just post this topic, leave it up for a while, then wait and see.
Then after a while, bump it and try to advertise.
I'm hoping to convert at least some of the members of BP into Bronies.

<_< Thankfully, we are not 4chan, and most of us have better taste than that.
As we all know, I'm not the girliest girl out there, but....despite this being a song about making dresses....I love it! It's catchy and has a good beat, both this version and the original from the show. Rarity is my least favorite of the main 6, but that doesn't mean I don't like her. I just don't like her as much as the others. Still, I rather enjoyed that episode.
Looks cool. Still, that video would have been 20% cooler if it had some Rainbow Dash. |
