Alright, maybe I went into this movie with absurdly low expectations, but that being said, holy shit did I like this movie! I really don't see why so many reviewers are hating on it, everything you just paid for is in the frickin' title! And it worked! I thought there would be two action scenes tops and all of them would be ridiculously unrealistic, but there are really epic battles in this movie, and the cowboys actually fight intelligently. Spoilers They realize they stand no chance fighting against the flying machines so the first thing they do is blow up the flying machine's ability to leave the mothership, making it a ground battle /Spoilers which I thought was bloody brilliant. Plus all the actors are at the top of their game.

And the absolute best part is they're not showing it in retarded 3-D!

It was very good. For the first 20 minutes I almost completely forgot it was a movie that involved aliens. They did a western movie so well that I would have been completely happy if they had kept it a western all the way through. The inclusion of aliens was simply a plus when they reminded you of it.

Just saw it today. It was pretty good. Harrison Ford was the best part of it.

Harrison Ford's pretty much the best thing about any movie he's in.
