Ah. What's the problem with it? Or do you just not like the idea of the crossover? I can understand it not being everyone's cup of tea.

Dream Team, imo, emphasised all of the WORST aspects of M&L, and it seems like Paper Jam will be doing the same. Plus, with Nintendo's overall attitude towards Paper Mario recently it feels like they're making a crossover because they don't feel PM is suitable for his own games anymore. A sort of "here, you'll have this and like it" sort of deal.

What's wrong with Dream Team? Admittedly I'm still not very far into it but it seems alright to me so far.
Actually this to me seems like a step up from Sticker Star. At least it looks like they're putting the Paper universe back into a proper RPG format rather than splitting it into levels and having everything being determined by gimmicky items (stickers). Personally I'm hoping if this game does well enough it'll inspire Nintendo to make a new proper Paper Mario game. I mean it'd probably be on 3DS again but just imagine how great the PM universe would look on Wii U... *drools*

Don't get my hopes up, Gar, I'm not sure I can handle the disappointment again.

Right, sorry. I'd still like to know why you don't like Dream Team, though.
As for an actual question: if your characters were villains, what kind of villains would they be?

Like I said, it enhanced all the absolute worst aspects of the M&L series. Long-ass attack animations that require you to give FULL attention at all times so you can never relax, WAY too long cutscenes and dialogue that adds absolutely nothing to the scene, goofy UNSKIPPABLE minigames that can actually BREAK the game... it was horrible. I consider it easily the weakest of the series. Even below Partners In Time. Yes, I said it.
Hmm... that's an interesting one. I'll need to think about it; though I don't know if you noticed, most of my characters are already pretty morally ambiguous.

David - A thug for hire, indifferent to the intentions of his clients so long as he gets a a strong opponent to crush. Waluigi - A cowardly thief, willing to do whatever it takes to get riches but bails the second things get hairy. Silhouette - A cruel and sadistic torture technician. Mecha - An emotionless war machine. Ayla - A violent and bloodthirsty berserker. Hinata - A spoilt brat who throws her position around. Kenshin - A ruthless assassin. Franziska - A female version of her father. Andrew - A weapons collector who believes he is entitled to all the world's rarest weapons and will cut down anyone who says otherwise. Diablo - ...

What's your opinion of Bowser's Inside Story?
Those are all cool. I especially like Andrew's one.

Best game in the M&L series, imo.

Oh, I thought it was going to be Superstar Saga for some reason. Yeah, BIS is great. I think it's the first game in the series I've managed to beat without Action Replay.

Nah. I can't help but feel that SS, while a solid game, just didn't have the same strike as the rest. Then again, I came into the series through Partners in Time, and didn't play Superstar Saga until very recently. So I'm probably being very unfair to it.

The furthest I could usually ever get in SS is Bowser's Castle. The Koopalings followed by Fawful and Cackletta were usually a bit too much for me. Not as bad as the Shroob Princesses, though.

I got to just before Joke's End before I had to delete it.

Oh yeah, actually Joke's End I didn't find that fun either.
Oh, so did you play the version that was on 3DS or Wii U, then?
