Mega Buster, which is his normal attack if I recall, is basically confirmed to be his A move isn't it?  They said that he will have very few, almost no melee attacks, and the charge shot is a Smash Attack.  So that opens B up.

Mega Buster IS his normal attack, right?  I have never played a Mega Man game, so I am not 100% sure.  Either way, his neutral pew pew attack has to be A.

Ok, 8ased off the powers we saw him use and some stuff from the developer direct video, here is my current predictions for Mega Man's move set. Some of which has already 8een said, 8ut I'm trying to place it in one post.

The Mega 8uster is, interestingly enough, his 8asic A 8utton move. Pew pew pew. He seems to mostly be a ranged fighter.

His charged Mega 8uster shot seems to 8e his forward smash, Flame 8last seems to 8e his down smash, and Spark Shock seems to 8e his up smash.

Flame Sword and Slash Claw have 8oth 8een confirmed to 8e air moves, and it's likely that Hard Knuckle is as well.

Top Spin looks like it could be his dash attack, and I'm wondering if the Mega Uppercut is his up tilt.

And it seems that Super Arm is his throw.

So far, his 8 8utton moves seem like they're going to 8e Metal 8lade, Crash 8om8, Leaf Shield, and Rush Coil. Rush Coil is likely his Up+8, 8ut I can't 8e certain of the placement of the others. My ar8itrary guess? 8 = Metal 8lade Forward+8 = Crash 8om8 Down+8 = Leaf Shield

And while we're on the topic of Mega Man, I'm surprised no one is talking about the Yellow Devil at the end of his trailer. Any guesses as to what it'll 8e? Assist Trophy? Adventure mode 8oss?

I'm pretty sure the yellow guy is a boss, just looking at his stance and how he appeared.  Probably an Adventure or whatever mode boss.  Which is cool with me. :3  Bosses were one of my favourite things from Brawl.  Especially bosses directly pulled from specific games.  If there is an adventure mode, I hope that there are more general enemies from different games, rather than just original ones.

Whatever the button is, I am wondering how the Metal Blade is going to work.  It can be thrown in 8 directions, but, say it was B, would wanting to aim it in any of the four non diagonal directions activate the other B moves instead?

I'm think it's pro8a8ly more like Hold in 8, then tilt the Control stick in the direction you want to throw it and release to fire.
