Very awesome. Items that pop in, but aren't actually there? Stage hazards that sometimes hurt you and sometimes don't? Lots of possibilities.

They need to achieve the same crossover fanservice levels The Avengers did. Or Justice League: Unlimited. Only want to see Nintendo enemies/bosses/locations in the adventure mode.

Hoping for moderate visible damage on character models, or some indication that they have high damage. Like, going above 200-250% damage will knock Mega Man's helmet off, or Mario will lose his cap. Character's idle animations could reflect the higher damage too.



3DS version is looking swell.

I don't know about normal fights, but they should at least do that in stamina mode.

Cool as this would be, it doesn't strike me as something that would even occur to them to put in.

Can we speculate on what item or items from Mega Man might show up? Though I guess Sonic and Snake didn't really get any representation in items, did they?
I can't really think of much other than E-Tanks, which would be the same as a Heart Container.

I think the only "items" than Snake and Sonic got were Grey Fox and Shadow 8eing Assist Trophies.

So in all likeliness, we're pro8a8ly getting a Mega Man Assist Trophy (if they come 8ack, which I'm assuming they are.)

My money is on Proto Man

The concept of assist trophies just irks me for one reason or other.
I'd prefer a better array of pokemon in the pokeballs than have a whole separate set of summons. It just makes things feel crowded. But I'm sure they'll be back, too.
