I can't take anything coming from the business end of Capcom seriously after they've labeled a multi-million (at least 5 MILLION) selling game a failure.

Yup. I have no idea why their expectations were so high for a pair of games that are over a decade old and were never more than a cult hit at best. They should just let ASW work on it or something at this point.

Svensson no longer works with Capcom though so there's that. Something about him always gave me a bad image of their American branch (especially after Killian left); he just rubbed me the wrong way.

Why do they do this? They squander great-sounding titles with stupid gimmicks. A game where Asura, Gene (perhaps although unlikely), and Strider could come together in one game. Nope, it's got to be on a stupid tablet and no doubt it's going to be $3.99 for each character/stage/mode. I don't understand. Why not release on PSN, Xbox Live, AND mobile devices so that way you can reach all audiences for virtually no hassle? Not everyone has a stupid tablet or wants their gaming experience on one. Anger and pain.

Capcom is discombobulated. And they wonder why their profit went down like 30%. They always know how to **** something up.
