I thoroughly enjoyed it, but that was during the crazed rush of playing it for hours on end and doing nothing else when it released. I need to replay it and see how it stands up.

Things got way easier once I could dump some points in some stats and get a better weapon. (I picked deprived class because YOLO)

Stats are finally actually decent, got (most of) the Drangleic Set (the Drangleic sword is satisfying my BKS needs)

Beat the Dragonrider without dying, surprisingly (to me)

Conquered the Lost Bastille, THREE ENEMY BOSS FIGHTS URGH
bellclaire helped a lot though (what a cute name for a ghost)

Almost everyone beats the Dragonrider without dying, the guy's a joke.

Suicide mummies are probably within top 5 of enemies I don't like.

Well, Finally killed that stupid chariot thing. Wasn't the chariot that gave me problems, but those skeletons raaagh
finally just decided to buy out the cat lady of all her alluring skulls and used almost all of them to distract the skeletons >_>

The Skeleton Lords battle on the other hand, was a one-sided beat down on my side. Kinda disappointing, really. I even went into the battle with only one Estus Flask use left, and like one lifegem available.

So I beat DS2. Guess I'll have to wait until I get a PS4 and Bloodborne.
