I think Doom Guy has a legit chance with Eternal launching on Switch, and if they're going big crossover they need an FPS rep. He can get around the "no guns" rule too with explosives, lasers, and physical attacks.
I don't like it but I bet Sora is in as a Square rep since there's rumored to be another. Banjo maybe? Legit anyone can get in. I'd lose my mind for some MK reps, MK vs SF for real for the first time ever.

I SERIOUSLY DREAMT OF FLOYD BEING A KILLER CYBORG WHO RAN 10 TIMES FASTER THAN ANY NORMAL HUMAN, AND THEN KILLED MM, TURNED FEMALE, WENT AFTER ME, AND I DROPPED FROM THE SKYSCRAPER! IT HURTED, BUT I AWAKE CALMLY, THINKING I WOULDN'T SEE YOU AGAIN.
