Yeah, vehicles are allowed, just hope they don't become the new "thing" though. 1. A boat would only be good in the vicinity of water. Or I could rig you up with some Rocket Thrusters as a favor. 2. For the boat, I was thinking it would move on a river that was always below it and left a trail, and the water would do something special...
And Koover had Cerberus as a minion before...
