*Blue and the gang return to the castle to inform King Yarath of their success*

Yarath: Ah, you've finally returned. Were you able to get the weapons?

ILS: We sure did! Take a look!

*ILS takes out all the weapons and lays them down on the floor*

Yarath: Oh, there's no mistaking it. These are definitely the ancient weapons. Good job, everyone!

Blue: Yeah, it was a piece of cake. Although, we couldn't have done it without Lorrie.

Lilia: Yeah! She took on King Teranos by herself!

Lorrie: Oh stop guys. *blushes*

Yarath: Oh did you now? That's amazing, Lorrie.

Lorrie: I also learned a very valuable lesson...

Yarath: I bet you did. Now I suppose you'll be heading back now, right?

Blue: That's right. We've got no time to lose!

ILS: But Blue, our ship is totaled. We can't get back on that...

Blue: *sigh* You're right...

Yarath: Having ship troubles, are you? Never fear, I've got plenty of them! I'll have my own personal sailors ride you back to Meloria. You'll get there in no time.

Lilia: Really!? You're the best, Yarath!

Yarath: Ha ha hah, think nothing of it!

Blue: Well, I guess we're all set to go. See ya around, Yarath. And thanks for the help.

ILS: Yeah, thanks again.

Lilia: So long!

Lorrie: See you soon.

Yarath: Goodbye children! Have a safe trip!

*Blue and the others begin to leave*

Yarath: Oh, I almost forgot! Lorrie, can you come here please?

Lorrie: Okay. Hey guys, go on ahead to the boat, I'll meet you there.

Blue: Alright, Lorrie. Don't take too long.

*Blue and the others leave and head for the port*

Lorrie: You need to speak with me, King?

Yarath: Yes, it is about that staff you wield...

Lorrie: What about it...?

*Meanwhile, Blue and his friends are at the port, awaiting Lorrie*

Sailor: Hey! Are you ready to shove off? We're just bursting to set sail!

Blue: In a minute. We're waiting for our friend.

Lilia: Hmm, what could taking her so long?

*Just then, Lorrie comes running down to the port*

Lorrie: Guys! I'm here!

Blue: Ah, there you are! Oh...what's wrong? You look a little spooked...

Lorrie: Aw, it's nothing. Now come on, we've got a ship to board.

Blue: That's right. Let's go everyone!

*Blue and the others board the ship*

Sailor: Finally ready to shove off?

Blue: Yup, let's do it!

Sailor: Awesome! Let's set sail! To Meloria!!

*The ship leaves the port, and after a long journey, Blue and the group are on their way back to Meloria, back to their friends, and back to their destiny*

Part 5: The Fight for Meloria: All or Nothing!

*Blue and his friends are still on their way back to Meloria. As they come closer and closer to home, they head out onto the ship's deck and take in the view*

Blue: *sigh* How often do we just get to relax and enjoy life like this?

ILS: Not often. Man, it just feels like nothing's wrong with world. Like the Dragonians don't even exist.

Blue: Hah, I wish. Hey Lilia, how are you doing over there?

*Lilia is leaning over the railing of the ship, throwing up*

Lilia: BLAAAARRGGHH! Ugh...not so good, Blue. And it's weird...I don't even get sea sick.

Blue: Hmm, I wonder what's the matter?

ILS: Lilia, maybe you should go back belowdecks.

Lilia: Yeah, you're right. Maybe I just need to sleep it off. Ugh...

*Lorrie comes out from belowdeck as Lilia goes in*

Lorrie: Hey, what's the matter with Lilia? She looks sick.

Blue: I have no idea. One minute she was fine, and the next she's throwing up everywhere.

Lorrie: Is that so? Hmm, I wonder...

Sailor: Hey! Blue guy!

Blue: Yeah? What's up?

Sailor: We'll be approaching land soon! So get your gear and prepare for departure!

Blue: Really!? Great! Here that, guys? We'll be home soon!

ILS: Yeah! I can't wait!

Lorrie: Me either. I can't wait to see everyone again.

[BlueAnnihilator]

*Meanwhile, back at the Oasis palace, Leon and the rest impatiently await the return of Blue and his friends*

Leon: Hrrm, it's been 2 weeks already. What the heck could be taking them so long?

Sean: Well they're not exactly on vacation you know. They could've run into some unexpected trouble. They could even be....dead..

Leon: Hah, Quentin? Dead? Not likely.

Ari: That's right. If anyone could handle this task, it'd be Quentin. I know he wouldn't let us down.

Sean: Eh, if you say so...

*Meanwhile, Fallon is outside the palace, staring off into space*

Fallon: *sigh* ILS, where could you be?

Ari: Hey Fallon, what are you doing out here by yourself, huh?

Fallon: Oh, hi Ari. And uhm, nothing really...

Ari: Oh come on, you can tell me. What's the matter?

Fallon: Alright...I miss ILS.

Ari: Miss....ILS? Uh oh...

Fallon: Uh oh what?

Ari: Hey uh, do yourself a favor, and don't fall for that guy. He's nothing but trouble with a capital T.

Fallon: Fall for him!? Pfft, like I'd ever. He's almost twice my age, and he's just soooooo stupid! It's just....he's my best friend. He was my only friend before I met you guys. So...don't you understand now?

Ari: Okay, I get it. But really, you're worrying for nothing. ILS and the others will be back safe and sound before you know it. I know for a fact that they'd never die on us like that. So cheer up, okay?

Fallon: Alright...

Ari: Good, now come back inside. We're just about to have dinner. It's your favorite, rice balls wrapped in fresh seaweed!

Fallon: Really!? Then let's go!! Oh...and what do you mean that's he nothing but trouble...?

Ari: *sigh* Oh Fallon, I thought you'd never ask...

*The ship arrives at the underground port where they first departed*

Sailors: Okay you guys! We made it back!

ILS: Yeah! We're here! Time to go!

*ILS jumps off the ship and runs straight for the Oasis palace*

Lorrie: ILS! Don't you wanna wait for the others!?

ILS: Nah! They'll catch up! Come on, Lorrie! Everyone's waiting!

Lorrie: *sigh*

*Lorrie jumps off the ship and follows ILS. Meanwhile, Blue has gone belowdeck to get Lilia*

Blue: Hey, Lilia. It's time to go...

Lilia: Oh, already? Whoa, that really was fast. Alright, let's go.

*Lilia gets to her feet, but is still feeling wobbly*

Lilia: Ah! Whoa!!

Blue: Ah! I got you!! Phew. Come on, we'll have to walk together.

*Blue and Lilia go back above deck*

Sailor: Hey, are you finally ready to go?

Blue: Yup. Thanks for everything. We really owe you one.

Sailor: Aw, don't thank us. We were only doing our jobs.

Blue: Okay. And give our regards to the King.

Sailor: Will do!

*Blue and Lilia jump off the ship*

Blue: Bye!

Lilia: See ya around!

Sailor: So long!

*The ship shoves off and makes it way back to Valyura*

Blue: Ready to go, Lilia?

Lilia: Yes!

*ILS and Lorrie have been waiting at the castle entrance for Blue and Lilia*

ILS: Oh finally! There you are! Geez, we've been waiting forever for you guys. If it wasn't for Lorrie, I would've gone in already.

Lorrie: Yeah, I figured we should wait for you.

Blue: Well thanks, Lorrie.

ILS: What about me? I waited too!

Blue: Meh...

Lilia: Let's go in! I wanna see everyone!

[BlueAnnihilator]

*Blue and friends head into the Oasis Palace and are quickly greeted by their friends*

Leon: Quentin! You're back!

*Leon hugs Blue*

Leon: Oh, I missed you so much, bro!

Blue: Agh! Don't do that! Geez, you're too old for this stuff....

Leon: Nonsense, you're never too old to show your family a little love!

*Ari joins in the hugging*

Ari: Yeah! He's right!

Blue: *groans*

ILS: Hey, has anyone seen Fallon?

Ari: Fallon? Oh, she's over there. She's been worried sick about you, you know.

ILS: Really? That's weird.

*ILS walks over to Fallon, who's unaware that he's returned*

ILS: Hey, how are ya doing?

Fallon: Huh? ILS?

*Fallon turns around to see ILS standing behind her*

Fallon: ILS, it is you!

*Fallon tackles him to the ground with a big hug*

Fallon: Never leave me again, you big lug!

*Fallon slaps his head in a playful manner*

ILS: Ow! Now that's what I call tough love...

Fallon: Heehee, oh you...

Ari: You know, regardless of what she says, I think she really does love him.

Lilia: Yeah, I bet. It's kinda cute though.

Blue: Alright guys. Reunion time's over. We need to get down to business.

Ari: Oh poo. It's always like you to ruin the fun, Quentin...

*With the group reunited, they gather around yet again to discuss their current situation*

Blue: Alright guys, as you've already noticed, we've come back and we have brought the ancient weapons along with us.

Leon: Yeah, we got that part. So what's next, huh?

Lorrie: Well, the deal is, there's only one weapon of each type, and there's several of us who specialize in the same weapon types...

Dan: Oh...I get it...

Sean: Yup. You're saying that not all of us will be able to fight, isn't that right Lorrie?

Lorrie: That's correct.

Blue: Yeah, so that means that only the most skilled of us will be able to fight. Unfortunate, but it's the only way.

Cal: Aw, so that means....we don't get to fight, do we, Blue?

Blue: I'm afraid not, Cal. Out of the two of you, Erin is the better archer. I'm sorry, but you'll have to sit this one out.

Cal: Aw darn it.

Erin: Gee, I'm sorry, Cal...

Sean: Hmm, so I guess that means I'm out too. While I am the most experienced, it's apparent that Royce has more strenght and skill than I do.

Royce: Hrrm, Sean, I...

Sean: Nah, don't worry about it. It's for the best.

Dan: Now that leaves the user of the daggers...Me, or...

Lilia: Me...

Blue: Well Dan, Lilia is of a higher class than you are...

Dan: Yeah, I knew it. *sigh*

Lilia: No Blue...Dan...can take my place.

Blue: Huh? Why is that, Lilia? Oh...are you still feeling under the weather?

Lilia: Yeah...I don't know what's wrong with me. If I tried to fight with you, I'd just slow you guys down. I'm sorry, Blue.

Blue: Nah, it's okay. You just rest. Me and the others will take care of everything.

Leon: So run this down for us again, Quentin.

Blue: Alright, the weapons are being distributed as such: Leon, you get the sword. ILS, you get the other sword. Erin, you get the bow. Royce, you get the axe. Dan, you get the daggers. And Lorrie, you get the staff.

Ari: Hey wait, why does Lorrie get the staff? Shouldn't I wield it?

Lorrie: Well in most cases, yes. But this staff is special. I'm the only one who can use it, and I'm afraid we can't win without it...

Blue: Lorrie...is that true?

Lorrie: Yes. This staff...is absolutely vital to defeating the Dragon King. In other words, I must come with you, Blue.

Blue: Alright, I understand. You're gonna stick with me, Lorrie. Looks like we'll have to fight the Dragon King together.

Eunice: Wait Blue, what about us magic users? What do we do?

Blue: Ah, I'm glad you asked. Get this, your Thunder spells are all you'll need.

Isaac: Really? How so?

Blue: The Dragonians are extremely prone to Thunder magic. For us, this is a very valuable tool. It'll be like our secret weapon.

Eunice: Is that so? Cool!

Blue: Yup. Now that that's settled, we need to get some sleep. From there, we set out and look for where those Dragonians are hiding out.

Leon: Alright, I guess we have a big day ahead of us, huh?

Blue: That's right. And we need to be sure we're fully rested. It's time for bed everyone.

*Blue and the group goes to sleep, and rests up for the big day ahead*

*Later that night...*

Lilia: Psst, hey Ari.

Ari: *half asleep* Hnn, wha-what is it, Lilia? It's 3 in the morning...

Lilia: I need your help with something. Come with me.

Ari: *groans* Fine. But let's make it quick. We both need our sleep.

*Lilia and Ari go outside the palace*

Ari: Alright, so what do you want?

Lilia: Ari, you used to be a doctor, right?

Ari: Yes, before I joined the church and became a cleric, I was in fact a doctor. What can I do for you?

Lilia: You see, I've been having these terrible aches all over my body. And I've been throwing up a lot lately. I just want you to see what's wrong with me, if anything at all.

Ari: Okay, let me just examine you a bit...

*Ari carefully examines Lorrie with the best of her skill, and what she finds out nearly blows her mind*

Ari: *gasp* I can't believe it!!!

Lilia: Huh!? Wha..what's the matter? Is...Is it bad?

Ari: I uh...no. It's not bad. It's...it's just...

Lilia: What?

*Ari whispers in Lilia's ear*

Lilia: Oh my goddess!

Ari: Yeah, I couldn't believe it either. Now we really can't let you fight.

Lilia: Hmm...I suppose so. And...thanks Ari.

Ari: No problem. Now let's get back to bed.

Lilia: Sure.

*The next morning, the group awakens and gathers together one last time before heading out to battle*

Blue: Okay, so I take it everyone is all rested up, right?

Leon: Yeah, we're good, Quentin. Let's get a move on. We got a continent to save, don't we?

Blue: Alright, just making sure everyone's good to go. If there aren't anymore concerns, then we need not be sitting around here any longer. Let's go everyone!

Everyone: Right!!!

*Blue and the group finally leave the Serade Desert. On their way to search for the Dragonian stronghold, they stop at the devastated Oporio Castle Town*

Blue: Hmph. There's no doubt about it. This was definitely the Dragonians doing.

Lilia: This place, it's been completely totalled...

ILS: And even the castle was torn to shreds. And I'm willing to bet everyone here shared the same fate.

Leon: Agh, we can't let them get away with this!

Blue: We won't, Leon. Ever.

Ari: Quentin, don't you think we should look for any survivors? If anyone's still alive, they must just be able to tell us where the Dragonians are.

Blue: Smart thinking, Ari. Alright everyone, let's split up and search the area.

*The group splits off on their own and searches the town for any survivors*

Erin: Hmm, nope. No one over here.

Royce: I've got nothing.

Eunice: *sigh* Nothing here but charred bodies...

Cal: Yup. Same over here...

Sean: No luck, guys.

Blue: Hey Dan! Did you find anything?

*Dan is inside of an old building, still barely standing*

Dan: Just a minute. I need to check this place out first. Hmm....

*Just then, Dan sees a young man, no older than himself, lying on the ground battered and bruised*

Dan: *gasp* Hey! Hey are you alright!?

Man: Oooooh....wh-who are you?

Dan: Nevermind that, just hang on. I'm gonna take you to my friends.

*Dan leaves the building with the young man and rejoins the group*

Blue: Hey Dan, who is this?

Dan: I don't know, I found him over in that building over there. But he's badly hurt, and he needs some help.

Ari: Don't worry, I'm on it.

*Ari heals the young man of all his wounds*

Ari: There. Feeling okay now?

Man: Yes, thank you. I don't know how I'll ever repay you.

Blue: You can start by telling us what happened here.

Man: Okay. As you've already noticed, those beasts suddenly appeared in the sky and rained down breath of fire down up the town. Before I knew it, the entire town was destroyed and everyone was dead...even my...little sister...

Lilia: That's terrible....

Man: I'm lucky to be alive myself. I may very well be the only survivor.

Blue: After this happened, did you see where they took off to?

Man: I did actually. Before I lost consciousness, I saw them flying to the east, towards the Hothar Kingdom.

ILS: Hothar...

Blue: That must be where they've made their stronghold. Hothar is the largest kingdom on the continent, so it makes sense. Thanks for telling this to us, sir.

Man: Sure, but...what are you going to do?

Blue: We're going to defeat them of course.

Man: What!? Just this group!? You guys are crazy!

Leon: Hey, we're tougher than we look. Besides, if we can take down a deranged diety, then we can definitely take down a cult of man dragons. Just you watch.

Man: Deranged diety? Just who are you people?

Blue: We're the saviors of this planet, that's who.

*The young man falls to his knees in awe*

Man: I don't believe it....

ILS: Then we'll just have to prove it to you. Just wait here. When we come back, this'll all be over. I guarantee it.

Blue: Alright guys, we've wasted enough time here. We know where we need to be, so let's move out.

Lilia: Yeah, you're right! Let's go!

Blue: Oh, but one more thing. Those who aren't fighting, I want you all to stay here.

Lilia: Huh? But why!?

Blue: Because...if we happen to fall, we'll need you guys to take our places.

Lilia: Blue...

Eunice: But how will we know if you've been....defeated?

Blue: I'm going to set a deadline. One week from now. If we haven't returned by then, that's your cue to come after us. Understood?

Lilia: Yes, we do.

Blue: Good. Then it's time to pull out. Let's go, guys.

*Blue and his party set out for Hothar, while the others remain in the dilapidated town*

Lilia: *sigh* This is gonna be one long week....

*Meanwhile the Dragonians and their King, Lord Darkhan, have made the abandonned Hothar Castle their new stronghold*

Desius: My Lord, I fear that we may be getting some unwelcome company soon.

Darkhan: Hah! Let them come. While they may be formidable, they are no match for the might of the Dragonians. They will fall one by one, and then no one will stand in my way.

Desius: But my Lord, they carry the weapons of Valyura. The one's used to slay our people many years ago.

Darkhan: Hmm, is that so? No matter, if they're lucky enough to defeat my army, they'll never be able to defeat me, no matter what special weapons they carry.

Desius: But...but my Lord!

Darkhan: Enough. You are expendable pawns and nothing more. You fight only to defeat the enemy. Whether you live or die is of no concern.

Desius: Understood...

Darkhan: Now go. Prepare for the enemy.

Desius: Yes, my Lord.

*Desius leaves the room*

Darkhan: Heh, so they dare come at me weilding those accursed weapons? Then I say let the festivities begin!

*Meanwhile, two days have passed, and Blue and his party have just reached the Hothar Kingdom*

Leon: Man, everywhere we go it's nothing but devastation and ruin.

Royce: And it only gets worse the further we go.

Erin: Is it possible that nobody lived through this? Could all of these people really have been killed?

Isaac: Hmm, I don't think so, Erin. What would be the point of ruling a kingdom if you have no subjects? The citizens must be somewhere.

Blue: And I'm willing to bet that they're all being held as slaves in the Palace, doing whatever those monsters tell them to.

Eunice: Blue, we have to save those people!

Blue: Yeah, I don't want them to suffer any longer. Let's move!

*Blue and his party pick up the pace and continue onward to Hothar Palace*

*After yet another day of traveling, Blue and his party reach the Castle Town. Before them, they see the citizens being pushed and ordered around by the Dragonians*

*One of the citizens is pushing a large brick over to the castle, as they are being used to add on to it and make it larger*

Man: *panting* I can't....go on...

*The man collapses*

Dragon: Hey! Get back to work, swine! You don't get to rest!

Man: *panting* But...but I need to. Otherwise...I can't be of any help...

Dragon: Oh yeah!? Then we don't need you!

*The Dragonian transforms*

Man: Aaaah! Somebody help me!

*Meanwhile, Blue and his party were watching the spectacle*

Leon: Quentin! We gotta do something!

Blue: Yeah, you're right! Follow me!

*Blue and the others rush in and stop the Dragon from attacking*

Dragon: Huh? Who are you?

Blue: None of your business. Now if you don't wanna get hurt, you'll leave this people alone.

Fallon: Oh forget the threats, Blue! Just get him! Hyah!

*Fallon punches the Dragonian, knocking him unconscious and out of his dragon form*

Dragon: Uuuggh.....

ILS: Fallon, you need to learn to control yourself...

Fallon: Meh...I just don't see the point of beating around the bush.

Man: You saved me!

Blue: No time for that! Get to safety, quickly!

Woman: Huh?

Leon: Things are gonna get cookin' in here in just a little while. If you don't scram, well, we can't guarantee you'll make it out of here alive.

Man: Ah, okay! Let's get out of here everyone!

*The citizens escape the city, leaving their unfinished work behind*

Royce: Alright, the people are safe, so what's next?

Blue: We wait...

*Meanwhile, inside Hothar Palace*

Desius: Lord Darkhan, the enemy has arrived!

Darkhan: Then what are you waiting for? Get out there and fight. Now.

Desius: Yes, sire.

*Desius leaves the room*

Darkhan: Heh heh heh, I can't wait! I only hope that they end it quickly, my blood boils for battle!!!

*Outside the castle, a large unit of Dragonians, led by Desius, prepare for battle*

Desius: Come men! We will roast the enemy to a crisp!

Dragonians: YEAH!!!!

*The Dragonians transform, and take flight towards the castle town*

*A Dragon's roar is heard from the distance*

Blue: Hah, so they're finally coming.

Leon: Quentin, what's the battle plan!?

Blue: First thing's first, we split up. If we fight as a group, we become that much easier to take down.

ILS: Alright then, let's go!

Blue: Lorrie, you stay with me.

Lorrie: Right!

Blue: Alright and....now!

*The party goes splits off and go their separate ways. Meanwhile, the Dragonians are approaching*

Desius: There they are! Get them!!!

*Several groups of Dragons split off in pursuit of Blue and his friends*

Blue: Alright, here they come! Are you ready, Lorrie!?

Lorrie: Yeah!

Blue: Then let's do it!

[BlueAnnihilator]

*A group of four Dragon's surround Blue and Lorrie*

Lorrie: Ah! Blue!

Blue: Lorrie, stay calm. I can take em.

Dragon: So you think you can take us, huh!? Then prove it!

Blue: You asked for it! Lorrie, take my hand, and don't let go!

Lorrie: Okay!

*Blue launches a Thunder spell at the first Dragon, and is instantly downed*

Dragon: Grraaagggggh!!

Dragon 2: Thunder magic!? But how!?

Dragon 3: Don't fear! Just torch him!

*The dragons all fire a breath blast at Blue and Lorrie*

Blue: This way!

*Blue and Lorrie quickly run to the right, avoiding the fiery breath*

Blue: Follow my lead, Lorrie!

Lorrie: Let's do it!

*Blue swings Lorrie by her arms and tosses her at one of the Dragons. She latches on to its face, obscuring its vision*

Dragon 2: Blargh! Get off of me!!!

*With the Dragon distracted, Blue launches a thunder spell at it, easily dispatching it, and Lorrie runs back to Blue's side*

Blue: Nice teamwork, Lorrie.

Lorrie: Heehee.

Dragon 3: You're not finished yet!

*The Dragon quickly flies toward Blue and Lorrie, intend on slashing them with its sharp claws*

Lorrie: Blue, aren't we going to evade?

Blue: Nope, just stay right here.

Dragon 3: Ha, accepting your doom, are you!?

Blue: Ha...Lorrie, now!!

*Lorrie uses the orb on the tip of her staff to shine a bright light in the Dragon's eyes, throwing it off completely*

Dragon 3: Bragh! I can't see!!!

*The Dragon, completely blinded by the light, has lost it bearings and is stumbling about aimlessly*

Blue: Here I go!

Lorrie: Do it, Blue!

*Blue charges his fist with Thunder energy, and punches right through the Dragon in its confusion*

Blue: Ha, that worked better than I thought.

*The fourth Dragon unseenly appears behind Blue and prepares to strike*

Lorrie: Blue, watch out!!

Blue: Huh? Erggh!!

*Blue dodges the full attack, but he was nicked in the arm by the dragons claws*

Blue: Agh, those really are sharp...

Lorrie: Blue! Let me handle this!

*Lorrie closes her eyes and puts her hands together. Her staff sparkles and suddenly the Dragon's eyes grow blank and it drops*

Blue: Whoa, what was that?

Lorrie: Just a little trick of mine. Its not dead, but it'll never awaken.

Blue: Alright, that takes care of them. Let's leave the rest to the others. We've got a date with Dragon King!

*Blue and Lorrie make their way to the Hothar Palace*

*Meanwhile, Erin is holding her own against a group of Dragons*

Erin: Phew, oh man, these things really are tough. *sigh* But I gotta keep fighting!

*Erin fires another arrow at a Dragon in the sky, taking it down*

Erin: I got him!! Ha ha!

*Just then another Dragon swipes at Erin's arm, and she drops her bow*

Erin: Aaaggh! Ergh...

Dragon: Not so tough now, are you little lady?

Erin: Yeah, right. You're still no match for me!

*Erin grabs her bow and runs to a safe distance*

Dragon: Oh no, you're not getting away!

*The Dragon flies after Erin, intent on not letting her fire another shot*

Erin: (Oh man! Get away! Get away! *sigh* I guess I have no other choice)

*Erin stops running and faces the Dragon*

Dragon: Rraggh! Take this!

*The Dragon takes another swipe at Erin, but she swiftly dodges the attack*

Erin: Come on! I'm over here!

*The Dragon continuously swipes at Erin, and she dodges everytime*

Erin: Hey! *dodge* What's the matter!? *dodge* Too slow! *dodge* Bleh! (raspberry) *dodge* This way! *dodge* Nope, over here! *dodge*

Dragon: RAWR! Get over here!!!

Erin: Why don't you come and get me!? Huh...?

*Erin trips on a rock and sprains her ankle*

Erin: Aaah! (Oh of all the darn luck...)

Dragon: Big mistake! You're finished now!!

*The Dragon rears it's head back to fire a breath blast, but before he could get it off, Royce jumps onto the Dragon's back and splits its head with his axe*

Erin: Ah! Royce!

Royce: Phew, Erin. One more second and you would've been toast. I guess you should be thanking me, huh?

Erin: Pfft, not likely.

Royce: I knew you'd say that...*sigh* Come on, let me help you up.

*Royce helps Erin to her feet*

Royce: Man, with that twisted ankle, you won't be fighting anymore. Here, get on my back and I'll take you to safety.

Erin: Royce...thanks.

Royce: Oh now you thank me. Anyway, let's go.

[BlueAnnihilator]

*Meanwhile, Eunice and Isaac are surrounded by a large group of Dragons, with nowhere to turn*

Eunice: Uh oh, Isaac. Look like we're stuck.

Isaac: Perhaps, doesn't mean we're done for though.

Eunice: Oh yeah? What's your big plan then?

Isaac: Who said I had a big plan? Oh, well anyway, Blue said these thing's get toasted by Thunder magic, right?

Eunice: Right.

Isaac: So all we have to do is whip up a really good thunder spell. One good enough to get us out of here.

Eunice: And that is?

Isaac: None other than the most powerful Thunder spell, Rexbolt!

Eunice: But you don't know how to cast that!

Isaac: Hah, show's what you know, Eunice. I can cast it, but I'll need a little help.

Eunice: Oh yeah?

Isaac: Yeah, just take my hand and cooperate. We'll do this.

*Eunice and Isaac hold hands, and together they pool enough magic power to cast Rexbolt*

Isaac: Ready, Eunice!?

Eunice: Ready, Isaac!

Isaac: Then let's do it!

Isaac/Eunice: Rexbolt!!!

*The two cast, Rexbolt. A large radius of thunder crashes down on the group of Dragons. They're all instantly defeated*

Eunice: Hey! *panting* We did it!

Isaac: Yeah. *panting* We did.

*Eunice collapses from the strain*

Isaac: Hah...you...collapsed......first..ughh...

*Isaac then collapses on top of her*

*Meanwhile, ILS is making a mad dash, looking for a certain someone for some payback*

ILS: Where is he!? I know you're here!

*Desius appears in front of him*

Desius: Heh heh heh, looking for me, Mads?

ILS: I sure was. And I still haven't forgotten what you did to me....and my father.

Desius: Hah, ah Lord Rothar, what a fool he was. So easy to take advantage of.

ILS: You shut your face!

Desius: I only speak the truth. It's thanks to his gullibility that all of this was possible. And he actually thought he could double cross me. Well I thought him a lesson he'll never forget. Heh heh, and he didn't even get to see his precious son before his cross over to the next side. What a pity. Ha ha ha ha ha!!!

ILS: You.....you monster!!!

Desius: Oh Mads, why do you wish to engage me? Didn't you learn your lesson the first time? You can never defeat me.

ILS: It's gonna be different this time. I've got this.

*ILS takes out his ancient weapon*

ILS: This time, when I smack you, it's gonna be sure to hurt!

Desius: So you think you can beat me just because you have that!? Is that it!? Well I guess I'll just have to school you yet again, and this time, you won't live to regret it.

*Desius transfoms*

ILS: Heh, you don't know how wrong you are, Desius. I'm gonna be the one teaching the lessons around here! Come on!

*ILS charges at Desius*

[BlueAnnihilator]

ILS: I'm not losing to you! Not this time!

*Desius fires a breath blast at ILS, but he dodges and continues running toward him*

Desius: Impressive...

ILS: You're through, Desius!

*ILS slashes at Desius, but he takes to the sky, avoiding the attack*

ILS: Come on and fight!

Desius: Oh, I'll fight alright!

*Desius flies through the sky, breathing a stream of fire at ILS*

ILS: It's gonna take more than that to get me!

*ILS jumps into the air and onto Desius' back. He lifts his sword over his head and prepares to jam it into Desius*

ILS: Take this!! Yah!!

*But before ILS can finish the blow, Desius turn his body to the side, causing ILS to fall off his back*

ILS: Agh! No yet!

*ILS grabs onto Desius tail, and holds a firm grip on it*

Desius: Aargh! Let go!!

ILS: Gladly!

*ILS takes his sword and hacks off Desius' tail. He then falls to the ground*

ILS: Ha ha, how'd you like that?

Desius: Raaagghh! (Without my tail, I lack the coordination to stay airborne!)

*Desius falls and smacks into the ground hard*

ILS: Oops, looks like you needed this, huh? Heh heh.

Desius: *growls* You'll pay for that...

[BlueAnnihilator]

ILS: No more flying for you! Now stand and fight! Or stay down and get beaten. Your choice.

Desius: You insolent....!

*Desius begins to glow and change forms*

ILS: Huh?! Wha...what's...

*Desius transforms into a giant snake-like dragon form*

ILS: What!? Aw man, this is just unbelievable....

Desius: Ha ha ha! Surprised? Well you should be. We Dragons have more than one from, you know. And this is the most fearsome of them all! You're finished, Mads!!!

*Desius lunges at ILS at an incredible speed with jaws wide open*

ILS: Aagh!!!

*ILS tries to run, but he can't outrun Desius. Desius closes in and clamps onto ILS with his large jaws*

ILS: Aaaaaggggghhhh!!!

*Desius, still clamped onto ILS flies high into the sky, and then dives back down at an immense speed*

Desius: Prepare to die!!!

ILS: (Agh, if I don't do something quick, I'm gonna be as flat as a pancake!)

*ILS begins to struggle in a desperate attempt to get free*

Desius: Struggle all you want! You'll never get away!

ILS: (He...he's right. Oh man, I was in over my head. I could never beat this guy. *sigh* Forgive me everyone....I failed you all...)

Fallon: No you didn't, ILS! It's not over yet!

ILS: *gasp* Fallon!

Desius: What!? Her!?!?

*Unbeknownst to them, Fallon was hanging onto Desius' snake like body the entire time. Before Desius can hit the ground, Fallon punches Desius' jaw, causing him to open his mouth and free ILS. He then crashes to the ground*

Fallon: ILS, are you okay?

ILS: Yeah...agh..I'll be fine. Ergh, those fangs of his dug deep though...

Fallon: It's okay, you can rest now. Just leave him to me!

ILS: No Fallon...

Fallon: Huh?

ILS: This fight is mine.

Fallon: ILS, no! I know how you feel, I want to avenge your father's death as much as you do! Come on, we can do this together!

ILS: I understand. Thanks, Fallon.

Fallon: Good then let's do it!

*Desius is lying on the ground, completely battered from the collision and unable to move*

Desius: *growls* I...I wasn't counting on her showing up again....She ruined everything...

Fallon: Hm? Oh look, he can't even move anymore! I guess you don't need my help afterall, eh?

ILS: Yeah, I'm gonna finish this once and for all.

*ILS rushes over to Desius' body*

Desius: *hiss* Curse you...ILS...

ILS: You know what? I'm not going to pull any punches with you. I'm just gonna end it right now!!!!

*ILS plunges his sword deep into Desius' body*

Desius: Yaaaaaagggghhhh!!!

*With his energy depleted, Desius returns to his human form*

Desius: Wh....why? Why did this happen....to me...?

ILS: Haven't you learned by now? Those who perform evil deeds always get what's coming to them in the end. You've lost, Desius.

Desius: Heh....heh...heh...so you think you've won? Not quite, Mads. You....you may have beaten us....but you'll never triumph over our King. He....is unbeatable!!

ILS: Yeah right. Just shut up and die.

*Desius dies*

Fallon: ILS! You did it!

ILS: *sigh* Yeah, but only because of you. You saved me again, Fallon.

Fallon: That's what friends are for, ILS.

ILS: I just hope...that my father can finally rest in peace.

*Fallon falls to her knees and closes her eyes*

ILS: What are you doing?

Fallon: I'm praying....I'm praying for your father's soul.

ILS: Fallon....thank you...

[BlueAnnihilator]

*Blue and Lorrie are on their way to the Hothar Palace when they get attacked by another group of Dragons*

Lorrie: Blue, look!

Blue: Oh man, we don't have time for this!

Leon: Quentin! Lorrie!

Blue: Huh? Leon?

Leon: You both go on ahead. I'll take care of them.

Lorrie: Are you sure you can handle it by yourself?

Leon: Don't worry about me, just go.

Blue: Okay, thanks Leon. Let's go Lorrie!

Lorrie: Yeah!

*Blue and Lorrie continue on to the palace*

Leon: Good luck guys.....Alright! Now come and get me!

*The Dragons fly towards Leon*

Leon: Here I go!! Hyah!!!

Lorrie: Will...will Leon be okay?

Blue: Yeah, he'll be fine. I know Leon can do it. We'd best focus on the fight ahead. This, Lorrie, this'll decide everything.

Lorrie: You're right. We can't lose!

Blue: We won't lose, Lorrie!
