Sci-Fi Harry. It's...weird. It's about some loser in Highschool who finds out he has psychic powers, but whenever he uses them someone around him dies. ...Different to say the least. Especially with it's art style. Isn't drawn like the cliche anime drawings, the characters are drawn as if they were real people. Very different. I've only seen the first episode, and it looks...passable. The OP is amazing! ^^
Anyway, just me rambling.

have you seen it's art style? it's the only anime I've seen/heard of that has it's kind of style.

that's about all I can say about it too... I was looking for it earlier because someone suggested it somewhere since I like both Monster and Death Note. I haven't seen the art style. But you say it looks very human like.

It's good. Again, I don't particularly like the art style, so it kind of drags it down for me. But ignoring my preferences, a good OP.
