For my personality, it's very, very addicting. all it is is the surgery. don't care much for the story. I nearly crapped myself when I got an S ranking on the first try, where you had to remove three tumors.

I beat it. It's fun at first, but gets annoying.
Last level:
I HAVE TO CONCENTRATE!
Me: Yes, you have to cut the bug.
