On a side note, the Galactic Federation is a bunch of copycats. They stole the PED from the pirates, and the AU units. Mother Brain, anyone?

I thought the ending implied that Mother Brain was Dark Samus controlling one of the AUs. >_> No, that was the AU stolen off the Valhalla by the Space Pirates. It was like the Mother Brain of Phaaze. It was corrupted, then fused with Dark Samus. |
