I believe its from expert mode...
You unlock it by 5-staring all songs on hard. The battle Ax is for completing expert and If you can preform all songs on expert with a 5-star rating, you get the Log. |

I can beat every song on expert without a problem save one. I can not Do Jordan.

I'm nowhere close to god compared to some of the people out there. I can get through Solo B with Star power but I can't do C no matter how hard I try.
