After a week in the shop, I received a phone call about my PC this morning informing me that I am in fact dumb and not unlucky. My large metallic son is coming home.

Played Hades for the first time in a month and man, I love this game.

I unlocked the hidden aspects for the fists and hoooooooo man, this is gonna be a fun run.

I did 4 runs in a row tonight and accomplished a ton. Fulfilled the Harsh Conditions prophecy, advanced a bunch of relationships, and unlocked the last 2 hidden aspects. Had some wild builds. I'm starting to come back around on Aphrodite just for the fact that her boons have the highest percentage increases.

I think I might have stumbled on the strongest build I've ever run. Aspect of Demeter + Kinetic Launcher + Artemis Special = enemies deleted. Throw in Crystal Clarity because the rest wasn't cracked enough, I guess.

First sub-20 run tonight with Eris and a whole lot of Zeus.

I legit laughed when I realized who it was, completely surprised by this one. Glad there's another villain option even if he's not necessarily my favorite choice.

yeah I got my ass kicked by him a lot, finally got him with Bowser side b spam when I found he kept foolishly allowing me to grab him right after landing basically

I used Dark Samus and definitely shot a lot of missiles, but he does have openings to get some decent damage in.

Hit the epilogue of Hades last night, right after a run where I completed Extreme Measures 4. Quite a nice capstone. I've still got some prophecies to take care of, and I'd like to see if I can maybe do all the achievements at some point, but I'm going to take a break for now.

I started up Doom Eternal last week and it has a really strange feel compared to Doom 2016. Like I'm only 3 levels in but I already feel like they might have added too much stuff. Also the music has been totally unmemorable, so that's a bad sign.

I also started a replay of Celeste with the intention of actually finding all the secrets and stuff this time. That's still a very good game.

Hell yeah, the B sides in Celeste are the best levels in the game. C sides are good too.

Yeah they're pretty sick. I've done all the base game B-sides and found 175 strawberries. I'm working through Chapter 9 now.

The Chapter 6 B-Side was the most brutal by far for me. Chapter 7's B-Side was just sick all the way through. And then both Chapter 8 levels were rad.

Was also amused by some of the remixers. Ben Prunty is good stuff of course, but Jukio Kallio did the Chapter 6 remix and he's done both Hotline Miami and Fall Guys.
